At solerbath, we back your investment with our guarantees and returns policy.

GUARANTEE

At solerbath, we offer a 10-year warranty on the ceramic components of our sanitary ware, covering structural, material or manufacturing defects. Installation mechanisms, frames, covers, flush valves and other accessories are covered by a 3-year warranty.

Consumable materials and those subject to wear and tear through normal use are excluded from this warranty, unless they have manufacturing defects. To activate the warranty, it is essential to present the proof of purchase as evidence of acquisition.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

Returns of discontinued, used, installed, or tested materials will not be accepted, nor will returns of specific orders or custom orders.

In addition, products must retain their original packaging in perfect condition; returns of items without packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
